Reality smacked me in the chest today like a giant, cold fish. I don’t believe in playing games, it’s not my style. I am brave. I am strong. I am a fighter. Always have been. Maybe Hungarian desserts will cheer me up. Perhaps making some art. Or doing something outrageous. Maybe. We’ll see.

New Font
A little snippet into the process of a new typeface I’m working on…feels kind of like Volcom meets Nightmare Before Christmas, but in a good way. I was really inspired by Margo Chase’s work and it led me here. I want to extend that gothic style by edging it up and making it raw. So far I’m liking it.

Weekend Fun
I had a pretty fun weekend, I might say! Got to fly a plane and complete a pilot training course which was really cool. Saw hundreds of Santas in NYC as well as a beautiful snowflake projection film outside of Rockefeller Center. And today attended the BUST Magazine Craftacular in Chelsea and got a great deal on a lace necklace (plus, Amy Sedaris was there! She has great glasses). That’s...
